Counseling Rates

Individuals — $165 per 60 minute session

Note about sliding scale: If my standard fee is out of your financial range please consult with me. I offer a sliding scale to a limited number of clients based on their current circumstances and my current caseload. My hope is to make therapy accessible and at the same time find a fee that is fair.

Coaching Rates

Individuals — $165 per 60 minute session

Transformational IFS Coaching Groups — $1000 for 10, 90 minute group sessions

(groups are formed on an on-going basis, please inquire, if interested)

Please note: Insurance coverage does not extend to coaching services.

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurances:

Presbyterian, Magellan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Western Sky, Molina, True Health NM, Cigna.

If I do not accept your insurance, I am happy to provide you with an invoice you can file with your insurance carrier who may provide full or partial reimbursement.

Some questions to carefully explore if you plan to take this route are:

  • What are my out-of-network mental health benefits
  • Do I have a deductible for out-of-network providers? If so, how much is it?
  • Do I need pre-approval from my primary care provider for mental health services?
  • How much will my insurance reimburse me for an out-of-network provider?
  • How many therapy sessions per year does my insurance cover?
