Healing for Healers: An Experiential IFS Sculpting Workshop
As a helping professional, get the support, witnessing, and presence that YOUR parts also need! This small group experiential workshop (limited to 6 participants) is built and intended for healing and helping professionals to gain support with their own internal parts. Each participant will set an intention and have the opportunity to use IFS sculpting techniques (a way to externalize internal parts), IFS-focused meditations, dyad exploration, art and other IFS-focused processes to explore this intention.

Group/Workshop Intentions/Objectives:
- This experience is a time to tend to all of YOU. A place to lean into your internal spaces that are needing and/or asking for attention. A place where you and your parts are the focus.
- Time & space to connect with your wise inner source of healing; your Self energy.
- Be more Self-led in life and with your clients.
- Gain awareness around parts of you that are evoked in a group
- A place to explore your parts through IFS in a group setting with sculpting (We are wounded in groups and groups is also where we heal!)
- An opportunity for every group member to do a sculpt with their own parts and support others with their sculpt. All sculpt sessions facilitated by Lorri.
CEUs: Continuing Education Units will be provided through the NM Counseling & Therapy Practice Board. A total of 22 CEUs will be given. Note: to acquire all CEUs, participant must attend all live zoom sessions.
GROUP SIZE:
Limited to 6 participants.
COST:
The cost will be 145$/per group (there are 2 spots available at 120$/per group for BIPOC, LGBTQIA and/or neurodiverse participants). I am asking that those who participate commit to pay for each group session regardless of attendance. To reserve your spot you will be billed for the 1st session upon registration. Subsequent sessions will be billed monthly by Lorri through an email to you.

Fridays 1x a month for 11 sessions
First Group: from 9:30a – 11:30a MST REGISTRATION CLOSED
Second Group: from 12:30p – 2:30p MST REGISTRATION OPEN

This group/workshop is designed for helping professionals who spend much of their energy supporting others. Whether you’re new to Internal Family Systems (IFS) or already practicing, this group offers a safe, experiential space to focus on your own inner healing and renewal.
No IFS training is required. If you have no experience with IFS meeting with Lorri before signing up for the retreat is required. Please reach out to her at the following email:

IFS Sculpting is a group experiential process that helps you externalize and witness your internal system. Through guided embodiment and spatial exercises, you’ll gain new clarity and compassion for your parts—an approach that supports deep emotional integration and self-understanding.
While the group/workshop uses therapeutic tools and is facilitated by an IFS-trained professional, it is not therapy and is not intended to replace a therapeutic process with a therapist.
Yes, a total of 22 CEUs will be given if all sessions are attended. The CEUs for this workshop will be given through NM Therapy & Counseling Board; Lorri is an approved provider through this board.
Upon registration for the group you will be billed for the first session. You will then be billed monthly by Lorri for subsequent sessions. You will be expected to pay for each session regardless of your attendance. If you decide not to participate in the group after registering and attending you will still be expected to pay for all 11 sessions.
Cancellations can be made up to 45 days in advance and will be refunded, minus $145 deposit. Any cancellations less than 45 days before start of the program will forfeit and be billed full amount.
